Adobo with Cream Macaroni

Ingredients

1 pack cooked pasta macaroni
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups leftover chicken adobo
½ cup sliced button mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
½ cup Carnation Evap
½ bar cheddar or quickmelt cheese (grated)
Salt
Pepper
Spring onion for plating

Procedures:

1. In a medium skillet, heat butter and sauté garlic

2. Add shredded chicken adobo and mushrooms. Cook until it browns 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add adobo sauce. Simmer and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. In a separate pan/pot, make the roux. Slowly add carnation evap stirring continuously while you slowly pour the milk

4. Combine adobo mixture with your white sauce

5. Toss the sauce with your macaroni. Top with grated cheese

6. Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions
