Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Lychees
Ingredients
1 pack bacon
2 cans lychees (drained and patted dry)
1 bar cream cheese
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
3-4 tbsp carnation evap
½ cup chopped pistachios (or any nut)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Fresh rosemary or thyme for plating
1 pack toothpicks (soaked in water)
Procedures:
1. In a mixing bowl, fold in nuts and parsley in your cream cheese and Carnation Evap.
2. Stuff lychees with cheese mixture.
3. Wrap lychees in bacon. (Cut crosswise, just enough to cover the lychees)
4. Heat griddle, grill bacon stuffed lychees, 2-3 minutes per side until bacon crisps.
